I named the blog the Arm Chair Philosopher as a hat's off to my Father In Law, whom I refer to as the ultimate arm chair philosopher, spouting off his opinions on anything under the sun. With very colorful language for effect. Bring up any subject to good old dad and he'll give you his opinion. There's not a subject he won't tackle.
Me? I am no different. I digress.
I am the mom to four wonderful, if not interesting -- kids. I am the wife of 11 years to a military man.
I am a birth activist, a breast feeding activist, aka "lactavist," a photographer, a writer, a seamstress, a wine-drinker, a friend, a tattoo fiend, a practicing Catholic, a registered democrat -- and well, that's a whole lot right there.
